WHAT TO DO????

HELP ME. I'M DROWNING!!!!

Okay. Major dilemma on the boy-girl front.

My best friend, Lacy, has been going out with Zay for over a year. They met at the beginning of last school year and have been going out ever since. I met Zay in 8th grade (I'm a senior now) and have had a crush (major heartpounding crush) on him since then.

My problem??? She is now thinking of breaking it off with him. She just told me today and ever since I have been freaking out because he knows that I really, really, REALLY like him. He asked me if I had had the chance would I have gone out with him. I said "Hell YEAH!" Now if Lacy breaks up with him I will finally have that chance, but I don't want to lose Lacy as a friend. It took a long time for me to trust her with my personal stuff and I don't want her to think that I was only after her boyfriend.

Can anyone help me?? I'm desperate to know what to do and I don't want to let another chance with a really great guy go by again.

Please respond. I really need your help.

I can't give you good advice. I'm a moron when it comes to love... But I can try.

It sounds like you care about Lacy and Zay very much. Friends, I believe, should always come first. If I were you, I would wait to see what she does... Then wait a little while longer. Feel her out- see how she really feels about him. Be considerate of her feelings... And then do the hardest part-- Talk to Lacy. Tell her how you feel about her and let her know that you would never want to hurt her. But you have feelings for him. See what she says. And if she is a true friend, you'll be able to figure out what to do from there together.

Just try to put yourself in her shoes.
My guy friends have a silly expression... Bros b4 hoes... Just do the opposite.
